(More customer reviews)I bought 2 of these scooters for my 10 and 11 yr old boys last Christmas.What a LOUSY experience.Ordered the 1st of December and did not receive them until 2 days before Christmas and BOTH scooters had bad batterries and would not operate. Incredibly bad customer service in getting the batteries replaced. They actually made me pay to ship the bad batteries back to them before they would send new ones.Took 10 phone calls and 3 MONTHS to receive the replacements and one of the 2 STILL didn't work.Bottom line is...one year later and one scooter STILL does not work and never has, the other lasted about 3 months of gentle/mild use before breaking down.....GARBAGE!!!JUST SAY NO!!!I'm buying new RAZOR scooters for my boys this year.
