(More customer reviews)Color me mislead.The photo in this entry both when I placed the order and now shows two allen wrenches explicitly laid out beside the wheels, implying they were included.Given two allen wrenches are required to replace the wheels on my son's scooter that struck me as a good thing.No allen wrenches came and the pre-packaged set of wheels explicitly calls out they are not included.It would be nice if the photo in the entry matched what I was going to receive.Now I have to go acquire more tools to complete the job.
